1. Information collected
- Email addresses, user identifiers, and authentication records
- Subscription plans, payment status, and subscription start and end information
1.1. Information stored on your device
To restore your inputs and perform calculations, WrapYield stores information in your browser, including project, company and site names; material names and codes; part and surface names; dimensions and quantities; calculation settings such as allowances and pattern direction; and your display language and units. Registered Free and Pro device projects and remnants are stored on this device, separately for each account. Inputs from before sign-in are retained separately for review. Old shared drafts have an unknown owner and require confirmation before import. Remnant copy receipts stay on this device; copies are sent only after confirmation. Browser-local data is not automatically transferred into the Android app. Clearing browser data or uninstalling an app may remove local data.
Ordinary input and calculation alone do not cause this project content to be sent to a server. When you explicitly save to Pro cloud storage, the handling described below applies.
A project opened from the cloud is also saved on your device as an input draft. Signing out hides account-scoped drafts and named projects but does not delete them. Signing in with the same account restores them. Deleting local data and deleting cloud data are separate operations.
1.2. Information handled for cloud saving and synchronisation
When you have active Pro access and choose to save or duplicate a cloud project, or add or save changes to a cloud remnant, the relevant information is sent to Supabase and stored in association with your account.
Project data includes the input state at the time of saving: project, company and site names; material names and codes; names, dimensions and quantities of parts, walls, ceilings and other surfaces; and settings such as allowances, pattern direction, repeats and roll specifications. This includes input state retained in material tabs that are not currently selected. Remnant data includes names, material names and codes, widths, lengths and quantities. We also handle user and record identifiers and creation and update timestamps.
Saved information is retrieved automatically when you sign in, return to the page and in related situations so that you can use it across devices. Changes you are editing require a save or similar action to be reflected in the cloud. Signing in alone does not automatically upload unsaved input from your device.
Cloud data is separated and managed using access controls for each user. Personnel with the database administration privileges required for operation and maintenance may access cloud-stored data when necessary.
1.3. Operational logs
To deliver the service, authenticate users, save and synchronise data, process subscriptions, prevent misuse and investigate incidents, WrapYield and its infrastructure providers handle operational logs. These may include access times, IP addresses, requested addresses, device, browser and connection information, processing results and errors. We use Supabase for authentication and cloud storage, Square and Stripe for payments, and cloud infrastructure for web delivery.
The application does not include a mechanism that sends project contents to a separate error-reporting service. However, errors in database or other infrastructure processing may include some input values in their details. Log fields and retention periods depend on the providers' configurations and service arrangements.
We do not operate custom usage analytics that records visits or counts calculations and bulk additions. The cloud saving, synchronisation and operational logs described above are handled for service delivery and operation.
2. Purposes of use
- Providing authentication, layout calculations, saving, synchronisation, and exports
- Confirming Pro subscriptions, granting access, and handling billing and cancellation
- Responding to enquiries, providing important notices, and preventing unauthorised use
- Operating the service securely, improving quality, and investigating incidents
3. Payment information
Payments are processed by Square or Stripe. WrapYield does not store card numbers or card security codes. Payment providers may supply purchaser information, payment results, and subscription identifiers needed to manage your subscription.
4. External services
We use Supabase for authentication and cloud data storage, Square and Stripe for payments, and cloud services for web delivery and operation. These providers process information as necessary to provide the service.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law, where necessary to protect life or property, or where handling is entrusted to service providers to the extent necessary.
Verified requests
Use Account → Request account deletion while signed in, or verify your registered email with a Supabase email code at /legal/account-deletion. The service obtains your UUID and registered email from the verified session. These details, your plan, subscription status, time, request source and request ID are sent to support@wrapyield.com for manual handling. Do not send passwords or verification codes to support.
Permanent deletion and registration again
Deleting the authentication account also deletes cloud projects, cloud remnants, entitlements and Pro grants (projects, remnants, entitlements, pro_grants). Completed cloud deletion cannot be restored. Signing up with the same email creates a new UUID and Free account without old cloud projects, remnants or Pro access. We do not move or relink data from an old UUID to a new one.
Device-only drafts, projects and remnants, and exported or shared PNG/PDF files, are not remotely erased. Account-scoped device data is not transferred to a new UUID. Save needed exports first and manage device and shared copies yourself.
Pro subscriptions and refunds
Deleting an account ends its Pro subscriptions and access. Support identifies all subscriptions and confirms that Square/Stripe recurring billing has stopped before deleting the Auth UUID. A deletion request alone does not instantly stop billing. No prorated refund is provided for remaining time, except where applicable law or payment-provider rules require a refund. Ordinary Pro cancellation without account deletion retains the existing cancellation terms.
Cancelling a deletion request
Unprocessed requests can be cancelled from the signed-in account or verified request page. Support also reviews cancellation requests received before processing completes and confirms the outcome. After Auth and associated cloud data are deleted, cancellation and restoration are impossible. There is no fixed recovery or grace period. Signing out, uninstalling, deleting local projects or cancelling Pro is not account deletion.
Separate retention and contact
Square/Stripe transaction and subscription records, webhook records, support correspondence, operational logs and backups are not all erased by Auth deletion. Necessary records may be retained for accounting and legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, mail delivery and incident investigation, or backup rotation. A minimal record of a deleted subscription's former owner may be retained to prevent reassignment of old access. These records are restricted to necessary purposes and are not used to restore deleted accounts.
Retention depends on applicable obligations and providers' actual settings. We explain the records, purposes and confirmed periods when handling requests; we do not promise an unverified uniform period. Contact support@wrapyield.com for deletion, cancellation and retention enquiries.
7. Security measures
We take reasonable security measures, including access controls, encrypted communications, authentication, and separation of permissions. Cloud data is separated and managed using access controls for each user. Personnel with the database administration privileges required for operation and maintenance may access cloud-stored data when necessary.
8. Your requests
Contact support to request access to, correction or deletion of, or restrictions on the use of your information under applicable law. We may ask you to verify your identity.
9. Policy changes
This policy may be revised as laws or the service change. Important changes will be announced through the service or your registered email address.
